Need Social Network Responsive Re-Design (Just Static HTML5/CSS3) - NO Development Required

I've a social network already designed and developed (see attached screenshot files). I'm looking for a fantastic designer (ideally with a portfolio of extensive work) to take the current design and improve all of the existing pages AND importantly make it responsive so that on mobile it looks optimised too. I already have the HTML/CSS pages from the current website which I will happily send to the awarded freelancer for you to see. There are around 60 static pages from the original design but in the redesign I need a few more pages added in, as well as a few things changed on the existing pages (such as extra features designed) and a few of the pages need a complete change. I have a detailed design specification document listing every single page I need designed with all of the elements that need to be present on each page. How they are laid out is entirely up to you but they need to be very user-friendly, clear and easy for users to handle. The existing design is extremely clear and I don't want radical changes from that (some changes and improvements are great). An example is that there needs to be changes to the top menu bar so that the notifications are accessible from any page (similar to Facebook and LinkedIn). It needs to be easy for existing users to understand the redesign easily without adding confusion. The redesign of all the pages needs to be done as a mock-up first for me to give the green-light to. I am happy for the mock-up to be as PSD files first. I need a designer/design team with whom I'll work closely with and go through each page once the first mock-up is completed - altering and tweaking anything that needs to be. Once I'm happy with the re-design of all the pages they should then be provided as a .HTML files and CSS. To ensure you've read this please include "Social Network 100" in your bid comments.
