PSD design for an Indian Resturant

We have a client who needs a simple but attractive web site designed, we therefore have a requirement for someone to put together a PSD layout for them - front page only - $30 maximum spend on this and we will accept bids from non-reviewed GAF providers. We can supply a link to information about the resturant to incorporate into the front page, but the site will ultimately be 2-pages so not all informaiton needs to be on the front. You will be required to source any suitable imagery which must be copyright free and not taken from illegal sources. Design required within 24hrs of being selected. Happy bidding.
