Enter Data, update and maintain my Wordpress site

Hi, Since no one understood my last post, I allowed it to expire and thought I will mention in much more detail this time. Basically, my requirements are as follows: I will sent 3 posts a day. Once you receive them, this is what you should do: 1) Read over question and answer to see it is in correct English: Generally, most people who ask questions do not speak English. So the English of the Question will be pathetic; something like: “What ruling if me do…” So you will just have to improve that and write it as: “What is the ruling if I do…” The answers will most of the time be fine, but sometimes rarely you might just get a small typo (like missed a word etc). So that should be corrected. 2) Thereafter, copy and paste the question and answer to: [login to view URL] 3) Once you get the HTML there, go to the backend of our site and paste it in the HTML slot, 4) Now ensure that the paragraphs will be correct (will be with this type of a code: <p></p> or : [br] and [br/]) and that the Arabic is aligned to the right, 5) Add the code ‘[Answer]’ with those brackets between the code of the question and answer, and add the code ‘[Signature]’ with those brackets at the end, 6) Click on the correct category, 7) Post, 8) Review to see that there is not too small or too huge gap between paragraphs, and the post looks neat 9) Do a maintenance run, 10) Do SEO of the post by creating backlinks and manually submitting to search engines, 11) Ensure the post can be safe from hackers, spammers and viruses, Thereafter, Add a quote a day and add 1 article which I will send and also do SEO. This shouldn’t take much time each day, especially once you get the hang of it. Then, the following should be done weekly, and thus you may distribute it amongst each day (eg Mondays to specific things, Tuesdays specific etc), or do it all on one day (work less on normal days, and just work extra on one day for all of these): Changes with designs to any advertisements anywhere on the site, Might need to put pictures or graphics with that, Update the calander to show when classes will be, Update the Events, Ensure 100% the entire site is secure, Attend to any Spam, viruses (if any) Design and promote fliers Attend to trouble shooting, If there are any broken links, attend to that, Attend to server files, Ensure the site is well promoted and running smooth, Attend to emails addressed to Webmaster Go through the entire site to see if everything is running smoothly, Submit URL to Search Engines As you can see, this might not take much time (eg, if there are no viruses-which will be in majority of cases-there is no work. Same is with spam etc) In short, these are the requirements: · Product changes and additions with design · Updates to calendar or events · Add breaking news or upcoming events · Add photos, graphics, graphs and charts · Text re-writes and improvements · Site facelifts and makeovers · Keeping the homepage fresh for return customers · Google Analytics Reporting · Server Usage Stats Reporting · SEO · Content Maintenance · Module Updates · Component Updates · Security Updates · Troubleshooting · Directory Listing Suggestions · Company Online Reputation Alerts · SPAM Solutions and Attendance · Broken Link Maintenance · Server File Maintenance If there is anything else you can add, I will be greatly pleased.
