Setting up VPN connection on Server

i need an expert to learn me how to set up a VPN connection in MS windows server 2000/2003/standard/enterprise the server may have more than 1 IP address you should write some thing like an Ebook which it show me how to set up a VPN connection beyond Server and Client computer the goal of this project is to Run a proxy sever for passing internet restriction. if the server had more than 1 IP address users should be able to connect to VPN and browse the web by using other server IP addresses. you should teach these following steps : 1) how to set up VPN in windows Server 2) how to make VPN users in server 3) how user make VPN connection in their own computer (win XP) 4) if the server has more than 1 IP address , users should be able to change their IP address from VPN connection in client computer You should teach all these steps in your Guidence book with picture and illustrate them and also you should test the methode which you are writing and making VPN and you should make sure its Bugs free and reliable and 100% working i have no time to test your methode and report you bugs.
