CSS formating issues

I have used a template to create a website and have run into some .css formatting issues. The original site didn't have frames and I have now split the flash and html content into two separate frames. I am happy with the text formating for the most part, but I would like the two frames to fit seamlessly together and for the outside edges of the body content to line up with the outside edges of the top flash menu (so the white area looks like it is all one solid object). The bottom part of the pages also seems to have a slight issue where the line is not straight across. Quick job for a .css expert I'm sure!
