I need a flash homepage created from the two flash files I've attached ASAP. The first flash file I have is a black background with confetti. This should be the background of the webpage. The second flash file is a gold countdown clock. It should countdown to new years day 2012 (Eastern Time Zone). I've attached a 3rd file which is a jpg. I like the font used in the text New Year Countdown and I would like a similar font used on the website to say Countdown to 2013 in gold color
