Required - 2D [Non-3DS] Payment Gateway/High Risk Merchant Account plus website building (Dropshipping or standard e-commerce)

Have been operating a traditional business for past few years, COVID damaged the business very badly; so now looking to make everything online and e-commerce. I am willing to not only pay the freelancer an initial fixed price service fee; but ALSO recurring fee based on PROFIT-SHARING. Some of the vital jobscope: 1) Able to build a payment gateway or have high-risk merchant account for business with currently low transaction volume and amount but high volume once it goes e-commerce 2) MUST be 2D Payment (i.e. non-3DS payment gateway). Transaction not requiring OTP. 3) Knowledge of chargeback prevention and/or shield; i.e. ability to deal with plausible high chargeback ratios 4) No rolling reserve needed 5) Ability to build relatively simple websites (I'm perfectly fine even if you use templates to build it, as long as it's within my guidelines) 6) Knowledge and skills to connect payouts to EMI and also brick & mortar bank accounts in parts of Asia 7) Skillsets with e-commerce platforms This will be EXTREMELY PROFITABLE for you if you are the person that I need.
