Web Site template creation

Id like the front end designing for a web site Im producing. The site is an eCommerce site and is selling range of legal high drugs (speed, ecstacy, canabis etc substitutes). A few site I like the design of are as follows, Id basically like something that looks funky and 'out there' but also professional and clean, maybe in an Austin Powers style. A funky looking homepage (eg [login to view URL] 2. A Product Overview page (eg [login to view URL] 3. A Product detail page (eg [login to view URL] Can the final files be sent to me as PNG files for use in fireworks and any fonts used sent to me also. Im planning to create a CSS based web site (as opposed to using tables) so please bear that in mind. Also, the site is called '[login to view URL]' so would to have that somewhere in a graphic banner near the top of that page. I would the letters LSD in the banners all emphasising so they stand out and look related.
