webportal to create and host questionnaires + corresponding reports

Hi, This project is about questionnaires and evaluation, similar to small audits. Today I'm providing offline questionnaires to B2B customers to analyze e.g. processes against given standards the questionnaires typically have a range of 50 – 300 questions, divided in sections. Based on the answers I create reports and provide these incl. recommendations back to customers. No I want to automate this process through a web portal. And here are the requirements: Programming Language: Java, Spring frameworke ( check out attached doc) General 1. Webportal shall be multilingual, back- and front- end 2. Front end to be wordpress, back end to be suggested by developer 3. All data, uploaded documents etc. need to be encrypted by industrial standard, suggested by developer 4. Web portal shall be developed compliant to GDPR requirements (I can provide guidance if needed) Back end processes 1. Automated login creation for customers. Customer purchases a specific questionnaire on another website running e.g. woocommerce. Based on the product bought customer shall get his login credentials automatically for the web portal, incl. access to purchased questionnaire(s). 2. Admin (I and my team) will need to be able to create questionaires, incl. layout, creation and modification of questions and corresponding answers (e.g. for multiple choise). Together with the questions I Admin will also provide answers and corresponding text snippets for report generation 3. Admin will need to have a report construction tool where the report layout and content shall be managed. 4. Admin will need to be abel to export, modify and re-import generated reports to MS Office 5. Admin will be able to create tasks (tasklist required), assign tasks to others incl customers etc. Front End 1. Customer will get login credential, login, create sub accounts, complete questionnaires, up- and load documents 2. Customer will have access to his tasklist and can assing tasks Attached is a small excel demo showing how questions are relating on each other and how given answers influence reports. Mainly look into sheet Questionnaire_M1 and choose different answers. You find on the right hand side a report with changing content.
