Website re-design

I have an existing static business website) built on mobirise and need to get off from this templated website and instead use a CMS based website like WordPress with HTML3, CSS5, JavaScript and Bootstrap. I will also need to update with new content, change fonts and standardise headings, section headers and text, need to create new icons etc. for each of my services. Only considering fixed price - send me your quote and I will be happy to consider. Urgent timescales need this to be done within 2-3 weeks max. The font, colour schemes etc. used in the website will need to change as per my attached brochure
