I'm looking Web Designer / Developer who is highly experienced with WordPress to rebuild an existing website using a Wordpress theme (preferably Avada, Betheme, or JupiterX but open to other suggestions). Our main goals are to improve user experience, enhance visual appeal and increase conversion rates. Rules and Requirements Include But Not Limited To: - The new design follows the existing style guide (colors, fonts, logos, etc.) - the style guide will be provided at a later stage - Although the Homepage will be redesigned and restructured, the logic/structure of the new website has to remain the same, generally speaking. - The new website will be developed on a new, freshly installed Wordpress. - Have to use plugins that are native to the theme (as much as possible) - Make the website "update proof" - updating plugins or theme will not break the website - Migrate all the content from the existing website and make sure everything is aligned and fits the new design - NO GENERIC PICTURES: the new design will use only approved images and photos that I will provide. - Individual team member profile pages and job posting pages (reply with the letters "WFI" to let me know that you read the project description) - CTA's (Call To Action) for Homepage(s) and all other internal pages - Integration of Google Analytics with CTA's - Have to score over 93 PageSpeed Insights in all categories (Mobile and Desktop) - Plugins: Yoast SEO, AMP, Google Site Kit, Performance (Cache, minify CSS and JavaScript, Optimize Image Sizes, etc.) You Are: - A creative web designer with solid WordPress experience and a portfolio showcasing similar projects. - Expert in UX and UX and conversion optimization techniques - Fluent in English with great communication skills and client-centered.
