Wishlist Plugin

I am looking for someone to develop a wordpress plugin for my website. My website is for a reception hall people can rent out. I also have a store room filled with items my clients can rent to decorate their event. Items include things like glasswares, games, baskets, catering items ect. Often times my clients are picky and like to change their minds so I would like for them to be able to add products to their wishlist that can be removed or changed at any time. I would like to display items in the wishlist in a widget so I can call it anytime. Additionally, the admin should be able to view all items in a wishlist by user in the back-end. Items in the wishlist must be kept in cookies for unregistered users and kept indefinitely for users. Products must have the following fields: Name, Desc, Price, Quantity Available (Say I only have four of a particular item available and they want to rent them all - they should only be able to enter in a maximum of four to rent. If they add all four to their wishlist it should not affect another client's ability to add all four to their wishlist as well), SKU, Pictures and Tags. Must have the option to disable pages per product. (Example: I click the Glassware category and all products are displayed as a list. Option A: I can click a product to view more information about it. Option B: I cannot click the product it instead shows all information with a add to wishlist button directly on the page.) I should be able to have multiple filter options displayed in one widget. In the widget there should be check boxes that if clicked display corresponding filter option. Available options desired: Price Range slider (0~$999), Color (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Gray, Black, White), Category, search terms. (Search terms go off tags entered on product page as well as title and display exactly like product view). I understand this is a lot to ask for, please ask questions if you are confused with any of the features I have named.
