MS Access truncating problem to be solved

I have a MS Access database, I am importing data from an excel file and in Access database have defined the field as a Memo but still the text is truncated to 255 characters. I need someone to help me figure this out. I am attaching the MS Access database and the excel file. They contain dummy data, so you will have to give me the steps on how to fix this along with the example database.
