Wordpress sites set up

I'd like to hire someone to set up 5 of my sites on wordpress. Wordpress will already be installed on the site. I will pass you the login credentials, and your responsibilities will be: - Install a unique theme on each website - every theme must be different. Each theme MUST allow me to edit the header. I want to place a phone number in the top right corner of each site, it would be great if you found themes that allow me to do this. - Install the following plugins: * All in one SEO * Ultimate Google Analytics * Google XML sitemaps * Wp Contact 7 – Contact form - A privacy policy page using this website [login to view URL] (please use the email provided with each site) - A contact us page (please use the email provided with each site) - Please set the home page up as a static page named "homepage" and set up a separate page for the blog This is a very simple job so I'm not expecting to pay a lot for it.
