It's never been backed-up. While I'm proficient in web design, and could set up a wordpress blog easily enough, I don't really know much about the back-end and the database.
That said, I'd like an expert to backup my site, as I'm nervous about it being lost accidently, as well as upgrade my site to the newest version of wordpress.
