Longterm Wordpress, Joomla programmer

Hello! We are looking for a PROFFESIONAL longterm WP & Joomla programmer. It seems that nowadays it is much easier to hire someone in Freelancer if you're writing down all of the things you DON'T want from the freelancer, rather than writing down the skills that you need. This is because of people from 3rd world countries applying as proffesional programmers, while they don't have any knowledgee or has it very limited. So if you're one of them - don't apply. "IT companies" - please don't apply you will be ignored, if we needed an IT company with 100 of employees, we would just hire you, but we are looking for our OWN employee - we don't want YOU working somewhere else or having 10 open projects in Freelancer, you need to finish. Start your bid with the word JOB - others will be ignored and they will NOT get the job. We are looking for people that are expert programmers, have done this for years, love & hate WP & Joomla inside out and can think with their own head. So for example if we have 10 tasks in our to-do list and you are awaiting an answer from me for one of the tasks, but I am not present and you can not figure out the correct way on your own - you would start the next task, not sit all day and do nothing with the reason being - you didnt reply. We have had programmers like this A LOT, so please apply only normal people, because for something like this, you will get fired. The salary is negotiable depending on how fast you can do your tasks, what skillset and experience you have and we expect exceptional work from you. Working hours are 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday 8 hours a day, we can negotiate the working hours if you are in a different timezone.
