Woocommerce Plugin Development for custom options on product Page

We are trying to build a website for customized clothing. On woocommerce product page, instead of 'Add to Cart' button there should be 'Select your Size' button. On clicking that, customer should be redirected to another page where customer will have options to select their size. Sizes will be of two kinds, first 'Standard Size' and second ' custom size'. After that they will have some more options to choose. This page will have 'Add to cart' and 'Buy Now' options. Customers should also have an option to use previously saved Sizes from his account. Customers size's should be saved in 'My Sizes' in my Account page. Please check attachments for example of 'Select options' Page.
