Wordpress Custom Theme (SIMPLE)

Hi, I need a custom developed Wordpress theme. The design must be simple and easy to use. Following custom requirements. It must be a template that I can easily customize to use the same blog-layout for several users. The blog should feature a big header photo on the top of each page (something in the size of 1020x350) This will be changed for each new blogger, but thats fairly simple by just changing the picture itself on each site. On the very TOP of the bloglayout, there must be a fixed custom header in about 35px height displaying the mainlogo for the site behind the individual blog along with links to other personal blogs. Under the big photo header, there should be a vertical menu with pagelinks and a search function. The blog itself must be in 3 columns. Left column will be where content is put (Must show the full post, and with the posibility to change the amount of posts per page) on the right side there must be 2 columns next to eachother. One column with the menu/widgets for Latest Posts, Most popular,most discussed and categories. (pretty standard). Below these, the possibility to insert banners. The last column on the right side should strictly be for banner adds! Bottom page must feature a spot for info and categorylist as well. The inspiration is taken from this blog: blondi nbella . se (put together the link) Please check it out! I want more or less the same layout, but better looking though! It must be as simple as the link shown but designwise better looking than that. I like the shadow on the right side here, as it makes it look more professional. Obviously I am not interested in a complete copy of this layout, just a re-done and better looking design! Please note that I am webdesigner myself, and I know that this project is very simple for a competent Wordpress designer. I however havent gotten the time as I am working on several other projects at this time.
