I am in need of an experienced hotel management professional to manage my beach resort of 15 rooms. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing guest check-ins and check-outs - Taking care of reservation management - Staff scheduling and overall management - Management of entire resort - Inventory Management Since we currently do not have any hotel management software in place, preference will be given to those who can suggest efficient systems to streamline operations. Applicants with experience in Property Management Systems, Central Reservation Systems, or Customer Relationship Management will be highly favored.
