The project does not require the installation service of the Odoo 16 as it is already up and running with a clean database. Hi, We use a platform for managing our support tickets called OpenERP. I would like to move over to the new and improved version of this called odoo 16. There are apps that I would like to add for example: whats messaging, VOIP, emailing out of the platform, access to databases to do quotes, live chat function and all application to be automatically recorded in the ticket system.
