I download video from many different DVR systems as requested. Often times the DVR time is off, sometimes by a little, sometimes by many days and hours. An example of this would be that it is currently 5/18/18 3:00 PM and when look at the DVR time it may show 5/17/18 9:00 PM. So the system time is off quit a bit. I have a Dahua DVR which has a P2P camera connected. I am using Smart PSS and can access the camera using the P2P function of the Smart PSS software. I need a way to connect to the camera using RTSP from a system like ffmpeg on Linux and transcode video and audio to a RTMP stream. About a year ago I bought a DVR Camera Kit for my small business. I used to be able to see the stream in my cell phone but something happened and the configuration is lost.
