The posts must be exported by eliminating the visual composer shortcodes (present on the source site). The images included in each starting article must be imported into the new site's posts as a simple img src tag (they must therefore be included in the new site's media library). In the WP all import/export Plugin it is necessary to insert a function both during the export to convert the ids into URLs and during the import to recreate the image ids. No ftp access is required.
