We need a virtual assistant with Excellent English to assist us in day to day business activities and customer handling. This project is for 1 month trial after which we will consider if we extend your contract. This job is for 2 hours per days initially, which may extend in the future. Tasks required for 2 hours per day exactly at 10-11AM and 3-4PM London time: - Check emails and identify new business leads. - Enter new business leads on our CRM system. - Phone customers to arrange appointments with our staff and send meeting invites. - Listen to voice-mail and create new leads on CRM and email our staff so they can follow up. - Produce excel report based on certain type of emails. - Send engagement contracts to customers, follow up, upload signed contracts to CRM and inform our staff. - Verify customer information on a 3rd party website and attach report to CRM. - Speak to an external processing provider to see if customer applications have been processed and update CRM. - Compete daily summary report of your activities. - Learn new skills in the area of UK Accounting and Taxation. Skills Required: - Excellent written and spoken British English with polite tone - You will be in contact with our customers based in the UK. - Good experience with Word, Excel and Emails. - Experience with SugarCRM or other CRM systems. - You are a very tidy and organised person. - Excellent prioritisation skills - you will be in charge of putting a good order in our work! - Fast typing skills. You will do a lot of typing in this job. - You are a good learner as we will want to give you more responsibilities.
