I have 6 years' experience in office administration, including an office support role where I transcribed engineering reports from a dictaphone. The recordings were made on-site, so there was often background construction noise and interjections from contractors. I have also had a data entry role where typing accuracy was vital, since the work involved financial information for tax purposes.
