We are a fast growing online training company in 3D design and animation industry based in California, USA. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual assistant to support our team, and is willing to contribute to our success from anywhere in the world. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries. * Scheduling appointments and organizing calendars. * Assisting with document preparation, including formatting and editing. * Conducting online research for various projects. * Managing social media accounts and content. * Performing administrative tasks as needed to support team members. QUALIFICATIONS: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus. - Previous experience in a virtual assistant role is preferred but not required.
