I will want some modifcations in the game which I need you to complete, staff area, Player v Player zones. Also stuff like: X kills gets you X items. The server must be tested on your end, for which I can log in and test myself with my partner. Once we are happy we will then take the server of you and pay. also, I'm looking for a runescape private server that include's Login + Register Highscore Forgot password Forums Built-in client Admin crowns, Mod crowns, In-game helper crowns that not every can have only.
