Joomla template need centered in IE6

This is a tiny issue, so $5 is budget!!!! I am having a small issue with a template that I'm using. In FF and other browsers, it looks fine. However, in IE6, the whole template is left justified instead of centered on the page. I'm also trying to figure out why there is a line showing up at the top of the template in iE6...I have no idea where its coming from and doesn't show in any other browsers. One other small issue is that on one of the pages, the right module is showing at the bottom of the page instead of at the top where I want it. Someone with CSS, Joomla experience, please help.
