Design a water bottle campaign

We are looking for someone to come up with a plan to design a water bottle alongside a campaign to inspire people to use a water bottle and fill it up using tap water instead of buying lots of bottled water. This is a campaign to reduce the use of lots of plastic bottles, and encourage use of tap water and re-usable water bottles. Summary of specification: -Design an innovative water bottle -Create a plan/campaign to encourage tap water instead of bottled water from shops.
