Facebook Application Upgrade

I have a facebook app that needs upgraded - it is called Today's Reason to Drink. (it is in PHP) we need an invite friends feature. It needs to track the friends who have been invited and allow 10 additional invites per day. we need the app to load to the application's canvas page instead of your profile. we need a way to manually input the reason to drink for dates in advance from inside the application instead of editing the mysql we need a way for users to make their own reasons to drink to display on their profile we need a way inside the to see what your friends' reasons for drinking are We need a voting procedure to allow people to vote on the top 10 user submitted reasons to drink. ( this is a biweekly competition) We need to allow people to upload pretty girls pics with a drink in hand and then vote on the hottest drinking girl biweekly too. We need OPTIONAL simple icons to go with your customized reason to drink (kids, work, boss, landlord, wife, animals, etc) OPTIONAL voting 1-10 on user submitted reasons to drink ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
