Referral website

The website will allow customers to search through referral offers from a number of categories. For example a cable company has a refer a friend offer that if I can get someone to sign up for their service, I get $100 off my bill and my buddy will get $100 off their bill. I want a website were I can post all of my refer a friend offers so that anyone can see my offers, at the same time anyone can post their offers that they have. ## Deliverables On the homepage I want a user to see a list of top categories that offer referral offers such as Banking, ISP, Cell Phone, Cable, Online Gaming and an Other/Misc. There will also be a search bar on the home page that will allow the user to quickly find what they are looking for on my site. From the homepage a user can click on one of the category links that will then show a list of companies that are offering refer a buddy offers. The user can select a company and that will link them to the offers that are associated with that company. On the offers page the user will be able to look though the offers available with info of the offer listed next to the link such as how much the user will get for accepting the referral offer. They can click on the offer for more info and see info such as the terms that are required, how much they will get and if the offer is still valid. There should be a way for the user to contact the person who uploaded the offer, such as a private message and the contents of the message will be emailed to the poster. Or similar to Craigslist where a fake email is used. On each of these pages I want to be able to place ads, which will be my primary source of revenue. There should be a link to create a new offer that any person can use. When this link is clicked an online form will ask for the information about the offer. For example Bank of America is offering $25 to me and a friend if they open a new account with $250 and leave it open for at least 90 days with a max of 10 offers per year. The form will ask the user for the name of the company (Bank of America), the amount of the offer ($25), the terms (open a new account with $250 and leave it open for at least 90 days) and the email address of the user. Ideally on the bottom of each page their can be links to my home page and perhaps a 'contact us' link. A logo/title for the site should be on each page as well.
