Website Cleanup and updates

I already have a website already, but I would like a few changes made. You can view the website at [login to view URL] Home Page 1 Categories on the blue bar inbetween the home tabs and the manage offers tabs. This will replace the dropdown and the Category tab. 2 Add a blog and forum tab, and an interface that will allow me to blog and edit the forums easily. 3 All pages need to be validated according to [login to view URL] standards Offers - People are able to post refer a friend offers and the changes below will make it more valuable for them and it will make it easier for me to manage. 1 Allow users to put links in their posts that will go to target when viewed in offer details 2 A comment section below each offer and an option to flag the posted offer. When the link is clicked to flag an offer, the user then can select Offensive, Spam, Scam, or Inaccurate. 3 Ask if the user prefers to post under annonymous or if they want to use a screen name. 4 When a user is viewing a category of offers I would like categories with multiple entries to cut of after 15 offers and then use "Previous" and "Next" links at the top and bottom of the body to scroll through all of the offers. I do not want there to be 100 offers on one page making visitors have to scroll down the page forever. Design I would like the site to have a Web 2.0 look. Basic design changes that you can perform to acheive this would be great. The site should be easy for the visitors to navigate, and look pretty good at the same time. The top toolbar and tabs can be updated. If more/cleaner features can be added to my existing admin page, it would also help make the site look more professional. ## Deliverables I already have a website already, but I would like a few changes made. When I add text though the HTML editor it come out very messy. The editor doesnt allow me to do some basic things like end <br> tags and I would be able to do most things on my own if the html editor was better. I would like the site to look the same in both IE 7 and Firefox 3.
