Small adjustment on Wordpress theme - repost

The website [login to view URL] is working on Wordpress and NewIDea theme. There are 2 small adjustments I would like to get done: 1 - When click on 'Browse stories by theme', only 4 boxes of 200*260pxc are shown. I want 8 boxes of 210*150 to be shown. 2 - When you click on a theme (one of those 4 boxes), you get an overview of my portfolio. The boxes contain photos, the titles are only shown when hovering over the boxes. I want the titles to be shown all the time. The zoom should be there when hovering. The person who wants to do the project should be available right away. I expect bids between 15-30USD since it shouldn't take more then 2 hours for an experienced developer.
