Android and iPhone app structure

I need an app skeleton to be built for Android, iPhone and Blackberry with the following features: 1. Scrolling Tab structure with 6 tabs (in Android this needs to be using ActionBarSherlock, Fragments and a ViewPager) 2. Two of the 6 tabs will have sub-tabs (for example a radiogroup) 3. These two tabs need to be able to receive and parse a basic json feed which I will provide 4. A context menu across the app (the menu content will be the same across all screens) Notes: - This is a simple project so please don't overcomplicate it and don't overbid with ridiculous amounts - Your code must be neat and efficient
