Virtual Assistant needed for my e-commerce business (Fluent in English and Japanese)

I'm looking for a virtual assistant to help me with my e-commerce business. I need a person able to perform customer service in both English and Japanese, communicate with Japanese companies and freelancers on my behalf, and do proofreading and copywriting tasks. The candidate's duties also include market research. The candidate should be available to work 1-2 hours per day during our business hours (Japan daytime) Duties include: - Engaging with prospective and existing customers, and responding to messages and questions on Facebook and Instagram. - Responding to and solving support requests. - Communicating with collaborators and companies we work with. - Looking up orders on Shopify and Cratejoy when required. - Proofreading. - Writing content for social media posts, email campaigns, and product descriptions. - Conducting market research including products, target customers, competitors, influencers, and illustrators. Qualities needed: - Excellent written and verbal English and Japanese communication skills are a must. - Friendly and courteous customer service. - Problem-solving ability. - Organization and attention to detail. - Experience with Instagram and Facebook. - Basic knowledge of Shopify and Cratejoy is preferred, but fast learners are welcome to apply. - Basic knowledge of what a subscription box is (prior experience working with one is a plus) - Interest in Japanese stationery is a plus.
