The page was working fine however after I added the website menu to the elementor page, a small amount of page height has been added which adds a scroll bar on mobile + desktop. And on mobile the progress bar for the form is cut off so I have to resort to adding a margin on the bottom (which still leaves me with a scroll bar on desktop/mobile).
