My ideal Helpdesk Support professional/team would charge on a per ticket pricing not per hour unless it was a low per hour rate for the support. I am also open to ideas as well.

...problem in the industry is that the IT providers (MSP) are being purchased by large corporation and the businesses that the IT providers services are suffering due to them now being out of town or the customer support is lacking. I need the video to show case how MSPs are being gobbled up by large entities without any care of how the business owners feel. There must be some emotions involved. The point this makes is that the people that were being serviced by that MSP are now suffering because their IT provider is no longer local and part of a corporate structure which does not help a small business.
