They are a concrete company and they would like a concrete truck on there - I have attached a photo of their truck as an example and a link below for a card they liked from another company. I have a Google Sheet that has jobsite information. I need a button or link for each record in the Sheet that will open a Google Doc and pre-fill that Doc with information from the Sheet. This is different than a Mail Merge as I want just one record to create one doc at a time, that's why I envision that it would be a separate button or link for each record that would run the script for that one Sheet record. If this can be done with a URL link, even better. I just can't figure out how to create Doc fields that can be referenced in the URL. (The current "Create Ticket" link you'll see in the screen shot does this, but links to a Formstack page where the form fields are easily identified in the URL link.)

This is the website site cwjobs. For each of the jobs posted, in blue, load each individual page. The first item in blue is ‘Magnolia’. Load that page, and save a complete copy of the page as “CWJobs - ”, as that is the jobID, and also appended the extracted content to a CSV log file. Example on bottom page of the file format. As I plan to load this into a PostGres database, to do further analysis work. You can look at example sites like indeed.com. and for comparison in look and functionality. The site would need to be able to integrate with 3rd party AI and ATS software so we can provide tools for clients to further qualify and rank applicants. Also be able to export results including efficiency on time taken to source and identify qualified shortlists. A Scheduling App for Contractors An app that will allow an admin to update the schedule and tell people what jobsite they work at. Everyone will get a notification that tells them the schedule is updated. It basically needs to be able to do what google sheets can do. There will be columns of jobs with some rows underneath and the admin can just move people to different jobs to update the schedule for the next day. We need a software/app/microsoft excel form to be able to enter our datas from snow removal. This should include: a daily sheet which workers can fill up online stating how long they stayed at each jobsite, which tool was used (plow truck, bobcat, ice scrapper, hand shovel). Those data should give us a monthly report for each month for each job site. An option to set rate for each tool should be there to make monthly invoicing easy by automatically calculating the price.
