The key to this is, each new account that is created, will move through 91 days of time. On set numbers of days (20, 30, 60, 90, 91) a hard coded reminder notification occurs. This can be on screen, or also emailed or texted.. eventually id want to check a box or select from a drop menu an yes/no indicator that that notification step was completed.
