I am looking for an AI deep learning and Python expert to help me improve an existing AI model that works with image data. We initially have our server in google cloud, but then we moved to scalahosting. Now, scalahosting does not supports SSE4.1 / 2. We have a bunch of python codes, so we need you to rewrite our effected old python code, then don't use tensorflow. Instruction: Replace tensorflow and dlib with pytorch, need be running on CPU.
